Cancellations / Refunds
Cancellations must be received in writing by email or fax to karen@retail-knowledge.com. Cancellations received 3 months or more prior to an event will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations received between 3 months and 1 month to the event will be entitled to a 50% refund. After this date cancellations and ‘no shows’ will be liable for the full fee. Should the Organiser cancel the Events, paid registered delegates are refunded the registration fee only. No other costs are refunded.
Substitutions
Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the event via karen@retail-knowledge.com |
